Maybe life has felt loud and busy lately. Maybe you’ve been moving so quickly that you haven’t had a moment to hear yourself think or catch your breath. Or maybe you’re in a season where something is shifting, and you're trying to figure out how to navigate it.

The In-between retreat is for that space.

The space between letting go and becoming where clarity starts to return.

This retreat is designed to help you slow down enough to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and create space for what’s next.

  • Two nights accommodation at a peaceful lakefront retreat property (private and shared options)

  • Nourishing plant-based meals throughout the weekend from a private chef (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast)

  • Guided nervous system regulation workshops

  • Morning yoga and grounding movement practices

Meet Your Facilitators

Kristina Seefeldt is a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with a passion for both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. She completed her RYT 280-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Tree Studios in Toronto, and her RYT 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training at World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. 

 

Kristina expertly weaves creative sequences and precise alignment cues to empower her students, helping them build mental and physical strength and resilience. No matter how fast or slow the flow, Kristina aims to guide students to a place of mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace.

Heather Lillico is a neuroscience coach, and yoga and meditation teacher who specializes in helping people rewire their nervous system for calm. She supports those who feel overwhelmed and exhausted, guiding them back to a grounded, regulated state where clarity and ease become the norm.

Having personally navigated burnout, depression, trauma, and an eating disorder, Heather transformed her own survival-mode patterns into a life and business rooted in stability and self-trust. Today, she teaches others how to do the same, using a blend of neuroscience and embodied practices to create lasting change.

Choose Your Accomodations

Quad share room (4 people/room, shared bathroom)

Weekend investment: $850CAD per person + hst

Double room (2 people/room, shared bathroom)

Weekend investment: $1,095CAD per person + hst

Queen single (1 person, but can add additional person, reach out to info@heatherlillico.com)

Weekend investment: $1,395CAD per person + hst

King room with ensuite bathroom (1 person, but can add additional person, reach out to info@heatherlillico.com)

Weekend investment: $1,750CAD per person + hst

***Provide your 60% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in the retreat. The remaining 40% for accomodation will be paid directly to the venue at least 30 days prior to the retreat. This is to comply with TICO regulations.

FAQ

Where is the retreat held?

The retreat will be held at the Marmora Retreat Centre in Hastings County near Peterborough, Ontario.

Can dietary restrictions be accomodated?

Yes! All meals will be plant-based and gluten-free options are available. We have a talented private chef for the weekend who can accomodate most preferences or restrictions.

Do I have to participate in the sauna & cold plunge?

Nope! All activities throughout the weekend are optional and you're always encouraged to listen to your body. You'll have many alternative options to explore should you want to skip something.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at the retreat.

The remaining 40% accommodation balance is due directly to the venue no later than 30 days prior to the retreat date.

Because of the limited capacity of this experience and the planning involved, all payments are non-refundable. However:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend, or we can try to fill your spot. If your spot is filled your payment can be refunded, minus a $150 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable.
