The first time I meditated I hated it. Sit alone with my thoughts...are you kidding me?! My anxiety would take over and I'd be stuck in a never-ending spiral of panic.
But the more I did it the more I realized it truly is a practice. Each time on the cushion is different, and getting curious about the thoughts and feelings that come up is more interesting than being judgmental about them.
